 PRODUCT ALLERGY AND SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER

At SlayyxMyMy, we use high‑quality professional products to achieve your desired look. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to glue, hair products, or materials used during your service. If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please inform your stylist prior to your appointment.

 APPOINTMENT PREPARATION 

Clients are required to arrive with hair washed and blow‑dried before their scheduled appointment. If you arrive with unwashed hair, additional washing services will be provided for an extra fee. If hair wash service is needed please add the additional service to your cart when booking appointment. Please make sure that prewashed hair is free of braids. An additional fee will be added for take down service. 

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY 

A non‑refundable 25% deposit  (of  total balance )is required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or transfer of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Booking under the age of 18 requires an adult 18+ and verification of service payment responsibility. 

SERVICE QUALITY 

If you are not satisfied with your service during your appointment please communicate with your stylist to discontinue your service asap. It’s important to us that you receive the look you desire. Hair texture and length of hair could result in an undesirable look.  Please insure the style you book is similar to your beautiful texture.
